Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)
- As a Customer Service Representative (Entry Level), you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting clients with inquiries, policy details, and administrative support. Whether it’s answering questions, processing requests, or collaborating with brokers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their insurance inquiries and concerns
- Assist brokers with policy documentation, processing renewals, and endorsements
- Maintain organized client records and provide administrative support
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment to ensure excellent service
- Learn and develop industry knowledge while supporting brokers and clients
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bilingual (French and English preferred)
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in insurance or as a broker is preferred but not required
- Secondary school or college education required
- Active RIBO license preferred, but not mandatory (training available)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
