Insurance Broker – Account Representative
- As an Insurance Broker, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking insurance solutions. Your role goes beyond selling policies—you’ll provide expert advice, assess risks, and build lasting relationships with individuals, families, and businesses in rural communities. You’ll help clients navigate insurance options, ensuring they have the right coverage to protect their assets and livelihoods.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs, explain coverage options, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with new policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims processes.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate client risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to develop insurance strategies, share knowledge, and support business growth.
- Compliance & Licensing: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and maintain licensing requirements (RIBO preferred).

- Bilingual Communication: Ability to effectively serve English and French-speaking clients.
- Industry Expertise: Previous experience as a broker with knowledge of various insurance products.
